The conference will take place as an in-person event on site in Darmstadt from October 26^th to 27^th 2021. Additionally, we will provide an online platform so that the conference can be attended online as well in case of any major barriers to physical attendance.

The health and safety of all participants is particularly important to us. The protection and hygiene concept is continuously adapted to the pandemic situation. It exceeds the legal requirements and has comprehensive precautionary measures in place. We are carefully observing the development of the pandemic situation and will update you with the latest information as soon as it is confirmed.

In-person participation requires you to be vaccinated, recovered or tested. Please bring your certificate, this will be verified at the entrance to the conference venue.

Information for the unvaccinated or not recovered participants:

The test has to be an antigen test/Rapid test or PCR test from the same day with an official certificate. The certificate is only valid for 24 hours. The closest test center to the darmstadtium is located here https://15minutentest.de/de/en/darmstadt-uni-stadtmitte-test-centre. The test center is open from 6:00 till 20:00. Please book a test in advance online.

You are not allowed to come to the conference in case of symptoms. Feel free to notify us (HSM2021@ptw.tu-darmstadt.de) as a contact person and receive support on how to get tested.
